Event Terms

By registering, applying, purchasing, sponsoring, vending, hosting, or attending Nights of the Round, you agree to these terms.

Registration & payment

Participation is not confirmed until required payment is successfully received. Featured Hosts and Marketplace Vendors are subject to approval. Sponsorship opportunities may also require approval.

Capacity

Each session is limited to 45 Round attendee seats, 5 Featured Round Host positions, and 10 Marketplace Vendor positions. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed and paid.

Event conduct

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, or activity that interferes with the event may result in removal without refund.

Hosts, vendors & sponsors

Featured Host, Marketplace and Sponsor benefits are limited to the package purchased and confirmed. Sponsorship is full-day and applies across the Brunch and Evening Rounds. Host and Marketplace positions are session-specific unless otherwise stated.

Event changes

Reasonable changes to schedules, programming, room assignments, speakers, menus, vendors, or event details may be made when necessary. If the organizer cancels the event entirely, affected paid registrations will receive the remedy stated in the cancellation policy.

Media

Photography and video may occur at the event. Any specific media consent or release presented during registration or check-in will control use of identifiable attendee images.

Liability

Attendees remain responsible for their personal property, business decisions, purchases, interactions, and transportation. Nights of the Round does not guarantee business results, referrals, sales, partnerships, or future opportunities.
