We collect information you provide when registering, applying, purchasing, joining a waitlist, checking in, or using the Round Registry. This may include your name, email, phone number, business information, session, networking preferences and intentional connection activity.

How we use information

We use it to operate the event, process registrations and payments, communicate event information, manage capacity, provide attendee features, support check-in, deliver purchased benefits and improve future Nights of the Round experiences.

Payments

Payment card information is entered into Stripe’s secure checkout. Nights of the Round does not store full payment-card numbers in its event database.

Round Registry

The Registry is designed for intentional professional connections, not an unrestricted public attendee directory. Participants control whether professional information is shared through the connection experience.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, payments, email delivery and event technology. We do not sell attendee personal information as a standalone product.

Your choices

You may contact the organizer regarding corrections to event registration information or questions about your information. Certain transaction and event records may be retained when reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.
