Professional environment

Nights of the Round is designed for respectful business and community connection. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, aggressive selling, unsafe conduct, or disruption is not permitted.

Round participants

Round attendees participate in the curated networking experience. Official Round activities and Round-only giveaways are reserved for eligible Round participants unless otherwise announced.

Featured Hosts

Featured Hosts do not have to recruit guests or fill their table. Hosts may personalize their Featured Round within event guidelines while maintaining the required black tablecloth presentation.

Marketplace Vendors

Marketplace Vendors receive a standard 6-foot rectangular pop-up table for their selected session, food, a goodie bag, and approved goodie-bag participation. Marketplace Vendors may sell, demonstrate, book, and showcase, but do not participate in the structured Round activities as Hosts.

Sponsors

Sponsorship is full-day and covers both the Brunch Round and Evening Round. Sponsorship does not automatically include a Featured Host position or Marketplace table unless specifically included in a written package.

Goodie bags & materials

Items, inserts, samples, offers, signage, and displays are subject to organizer approval and applicable venue rules. Prohibited, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate materials may be refused.

Privacy & connections

The digital Round Registry is designed for intentional connection. Contact information is not intended to operate as an unrestricted public attendee directory. Participants should respect other attendees’ communication preferences.
