What is Nights of the Round?
An elevated business and community networking experience built around meaningful connection, visibility, hospitality and opportunity.
How much is a guest seat?
$50 per person. There are 45 Round attendee seats available per session.
What are the sessions?
The Brunch Round is 10 AM–2 PM. The Evening Round is 4 PM–8 PM.
How many Featured Hosts are available?
Only 5 Featured Round Host positions are available per session at $500 each.
Do Hosts have to bring nine guests?
No. Hosts do not have to recruit, sell tickets, or fill their table. Nights of the Round manages attendee registration.
How many Marketplace spots are available?
10 Marketplace Vendor positions are available per session at $250 each.
What does a Marketplace Vendor receive?
A standard 6-foot pop-up table, food, a goodie bag, approved goodie-bag participation, and the opportunity to sell, showcase, book and connect.
Do Marketplace Vendors participate in the Round activities?
No. Marketplace Vendors are part of the Marketplace experience but are not Featured Round Hosts or Round-game participants.
Are sponsors session-specific?
No. Sponsorship is full-day and covers both the Brunch Round and Evening Round.
What are the sponsorship levels?
Community Supporter $100, Connection Sponsor $250, Featured Sponsor $500, Signature Sponsor $1,000, and Presenting Sponsor $2,000.
What is the Round Registry?
A private digital connection tool that helps participants remember intentional connections, keep notes and identify priority follow-ups after the event.
Is food included?
Yes. Round attendees, Featured Hosts and Marketplace participants receive the meal and refreshments associated with their session.
Can I request to sit with someone?
Guest preferences may be collected when available, but seating and event assignments remain subject to the final event plan.
Can I transfer my ticket?
