Guest tickets

Guest tickets may be transferred to another person before the event by contacting the organizer. Refund eligibility and deadlines will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Featured Hosts & Marketplace Vendors

Because space is limited to 5 Hosts and 10 Marketplace Vendors per session, cancellations affect inventory and event planning. The specific refund/cancellation deadline will be disclosed before payment and included with confirmation.

Sponsors

Sponsorship is a full-day commitment. Once sponsor benefits, promotion, printing, digital placement, or other fulfillment has begun, amounts attributable to completed benefits may be non-refundable. Final terms will be disclosed before payment.

Event cancellation

If Nights of the Round cancels the entire event and does not reschedule it, paid participants will be offered a refund of the applicable event fee. If the event is rescheduled, registrations may be transferred to the new date or handled under the notice provided at that time.

How to request a change

Use the official contact method shown on your registration confirmation. Requests should include the purchaser name, email, participation type, and session when applicable.
